Terms of use
The short version: High Vibe Vacay shares travel ideas and takes requests. Nothing is booked until you approve it.
Who we are
High Vibe Vacay is an independent affiliate of Uniglobe Travel Center, California Seller of Travel 2055333-40, Florida ST32940, Washington 601809585. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.
High Vibe Vacay, 641 Fulton Ave, Suite 200, Sacramento, CA 95825.
Requests are not bookings
Sending a request through this site (the booking form, contact form, chat or voice assistant) is not a reservation and does not create a contract. A High Vibe Vacay advisor replies by email with options. A booking happens only when you approve it and the supplier accepts it, under that supplier’s own terms.
Payments
We never take card numbers through this site. When it’s time to pay, you pay the supplier or through a secure link from your advisor.
Information on this site
Facts about each place are paraphrased from its own website and other public sources on the dates shown, and they can change. Prices, availability and amenities are confirmed with the supplier before you book. Nothing here is medical advice.
Commissions and sponsors
High Vibe Vacay may earn a commission from hotels, cruise lines and tour companies when you book through us, at no extra cost to you. Sponsored placements are always labeled and never change how a place is tagged or ranked.
Photos
Photos are real and credited on each page under their own licenses.
