Does an organic farm mean the kitchen can handle gluten-, dairy- and egg-free?
Not automatically. A farm tells you where vegetables come from, not how the kitchen handles allergens. Farm resorts with dairies (Stanglwirt, for example) use a lot of milk and cheese. Ask each kitchen ahead, in writing. Our GF, DF and egg-free travel guide has a script.
